Damask fabric oozes the same level of luxury that it did centuries ago, when it was the provenance of royalty, nobility, and the uber wealthy. Classic damask fabric weaves together two different types of thread to create a pattern with contrast in color, texture, and sheen.
DAMASK is a 100% pure linen yarn, made in Italy. It has a DK weight gauge of 21-24 stitches per 4 inches on US 5-7 (3.75 4.5mm) and is “painted” in smart tone-on-tone shades. Each 100g skein contains a whopping 328 yards!
